Zona 4 is a really cool and desirable neighborhood. This apartment is only a few blocks away from quite a few restaurants and coffee shops, It's really close to walk but not to close to listen to all the noise from the shops, making it especially a great choice for those of you who don’t plan to have a car during your stay. It’s a very artsy neighborhood, which is quickly transforming into a very modern part of Guatemala city.
Guest Access
I'm happy to share everything with my guests. There's high-speed internet in every corner of the apartment and you will also have access to the living room with a large TV and Netflix ready.
Good to know
The apartment itself has its own personality, it includes two rooms with closets, 2 full bathrooms, private laundry, dinning table that accommodates 6, an extremely comfortable lounge with Netflix on the TV and a fully equipped kitchen The area is famous for being very artistic and having some of the best food in the city. The room is a good size with full and queen size beds that comfortably accommodates two. There is a decent amount of closet space which would suit longer term guests perfectly. The apartment has 2 full-size bathrooms with shower, toilet and basin, ensuring your privacy and comfort. In addition, you'll have access to the entire apartment and the well equipped kitchen that has everything you need to cook up a storm.

If you're not hiring a car, the best option is probably a taxi or take an Uber using the Uber app. I have the number of a friendly, reliable, English speaking taxi driver that you can use. He's on time (somewhat rare here) and offers fair rates, but as a general rule Uber is cheaper and safe in Guatemala. If you want to be more adventurous you can try the trans-metro it's cheap, safe and it takes you all over the city in minutes (zone 4, zone 9, zone 10, zone 1, zone 13 and zone 14). the metro station is just a 2 blocks away from the apartment so you don't have to walk too much to find it.
