Many of our guests love this location because the condominium unlike others offers amenities that everyone can enjoy and at the same time it is a very central location. Just a few minutes from the property you will find the best restaurants and convenience stores in the area.
Guest Access
Guests will enjoy unrestricted access to the entire house, including the fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators, the inviting pool, and parking. Additionally, they can make use of the common areas within the condominium, such as the basketball court, volleyball court, soccer field, and children's playground. Rest assured, your stay comes with complete privacy.

Price: $20 per day (not included in the initial quote). ✚ Want to extend your stay? Price: $40 for every additional hour. ✚ Want to go to the beach? To access the beach, you can rent a boat for $15 round trip (maximum 10 people). The beach is just 5 minutes away from the house, and it's usually best to visit early in the morning or close to sunset.
