This dream apartment is designed to create a true refuge in the heart of the city, every corner has a story to tell, you are just 1 click away from discovering what we have prepared for you. The apartment includes 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a guest bathroom. You will find a queen-size bed in 2 of the rooms and a single bed in the other room that comfortably accommodates 5people You will be 1 step away from the main shopping centers of the city (1/2 block). Also nearby are some of the most popular restaurants and several shops. The airport is 15 minutes away.

Policies: ✦ Last minute date change: We understand that changes in travel plans can happen. However, we want to inform you that any changes in dates requested 15 days or less prior to check-in will be considered as cancellations with our current cancellation policy. (this does not apply for extensions) ✦ Forgotten ITEMS: We understand that guests may occasionally forget personal items in their accommodations. However, we want to remind our guests that any forgotten objects left after the check-out time are the sole responsibility of the guest. While we will do our best to retrieve and return any items left behind, Spacio AM cannot be held liable for any loss or damage. We are happy to assist with the return of any forgotten items, provided they have been found by our cleaning staff and can be returned under appropriate conditions. ✦ Unexpected problems or repairs: If this happens, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. We have a dedicated team available 24/7 to address any issues that may arise, and we work diligently to resolve them as quickly as possible. In the event that a problem is not resolved within 3 hours and that the problem seriously affects the stay experience, we will consider a partial or full refund in proportion to the severity and amount of time it took to fix the issue the amount is determined on a case-by-case basis. If the problem was resolved during the first 3 hours of the problem being reported, there wouldn't be any type of compensation. ✦Delays in checkout: We believe in respecting everyone's time, including our cleaning and maintenance teams. That's why we kindly remind our guests to respect the checkout time, as any delay can cause inconvenience and additional costs. If a guest fails to comply with the checkout time, we reserve the right to charge a penalty fee, which can range from one night's stay to a compensation for lost future bookings.
