The house is located 7kms away from the main town "monterrico". a lot of our guest love this location because it´s very private and at the same convenient. Restaurants and convenience stores are located just a few minutes away from the property, some of them even at walking distance.

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the house which includes the fully equipped kitchen, access to the beach from your backyard, a well-maintained pool and jacuzzi as well as use of anything else in the house. There is an onsite caretaker and cleaner, who have their own house leaving you to enjoy full privacy during your stay.

While the house feels cozy, it's very big with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, two inside living areas, a large outdoor area that is shaded, numerous hammocks, a large pool with loungers and a family size jacuzzi. The house is designed so that there's plenty of spaces where you can all get together and create special memories that will last a lifetime. The property is located beach front, so you will have an uninterrupted view of the beach and ocean. Upstairs there are a number of family favourite board games, that you can play all through the night. Kitchen equipment: 1 refrigerator and a big freezer, oven, microwave, Toaster oven, Coffee Machine, blender, plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, Kitchen Knives, Pots and pans. Parking: There´s parking inside the property for up to 8 cars.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: Toda el área de Monterrico cuenta con servicio eléctrico de la distribuidora eléctrica Deorsa propiedad de la empresa Energuate. El servicio en ocasiones es suspendido por fallas responsabilidad de la distribuidora, algunas veces por varias horas. La casa cuenta con una planta eléctrica auxiliar de 12,000 watts de gasolina, esta planta tiene capacidad únicamente para mantener el servicio interno para refrigeradoras, congeladoras, enfriadoras, bomba de agua y sistema de iluminación; los aires acondicionados NO pueden utilizarse. Debido al tamaño de la planta, esta puede utilizarse únicamente por pocas horas continuas. EXTRAS ☑ CLEANING AND COOKING If needed I can arrange cleaning and cooking per day to make your stay more comfortable, this is extra and must be arranged beforehand. Price per day $25 (8 am - 3 pm) ☑ EXTRA BEDS - (NOT AVAILABLE ATM) I have 3 bunk beds that can be supplied if needed, please request the prices for each bed. ☑ FIREPLACE we have a fireplace that you can use, the price for arranging the fire is Q. 60. This includes the logs and the setup. (if you bring your own logs you can use the space for free) ☑ WATER every galon of water is Q.15 and you can ask the caretaker to order it for you. The delivery takes around 15 mins.

There is ample onsite parking that can fit up to 8 cars. Shuttle buses or taxis can be arranged if necessary.
